Memory and maintenance

Conversational context, learned memory, vault content and maintenance are separate concerns.

Maintenance

Maintenance workflows can compact or remove material according to configured behavior. Backup and retention need to match actual state paths and storage.

Reading a HUD memory panel does not trigger cleanup. The live dialogue buffer is not a durable archive.

Owner control

Review storage classifications and forgetting tools before adding sensors. Deleting one store does not delete external provider copies, backups or independent stores.
