Behavior settings are distinct from connectivity and device health.
Configured behavior
Inspect mode definitions for supported changes. Quiet hours, proactive budgets and guest behavior have different purposes and need separate acceptance tests.
Modes do not bypass policy or handler restrictions. Public-display privacy is also distinct from the conversation mode.
HUD evidence
Show recorded state with freshness. Do not infer a transition from an animation or disconnected snapshot.
